Q: How long can I keep it in the fridge A: Our smoked salmon is vacuumed packed and can keep for a few weeks in the fridge! Q: Can I freeze it then defrost later? A: Yes, but for best flavour we recommend to eat fresh. Q: where is the smoked salmon smoked? A: on premises by director and owner Adam Soumelidis with a lot of love and care. Q how often is smoked salmon done? A: Adam smokes salmon at least twice a month.
