Our friend Margaret from Create Cook Share GlutenFree Recipes and her mum are showing us how to make one in the post below. ... and both fell in love with our organic Nektar Roasting Co coffee ... REPOST Last week I showed you in my stories how to make #greekcoffee and now here it is. Perfectly made and perfectly served with paximadia biscuits and a glass of water. Mum visited today and I wanted her to try this @nektar_roasting organic Greek coffee and she loved it. In fact, she stole one of my packets #notjoking ... then she told me how to take the photo #mumknowsbest Thank you to @grecianpurveyor for bringing these gourmet Greek products into Australia! And here are the instructions! How to make a Greek coffee: For each person, measure one small cup of cold water into a briki. Pour one healed teaspoon of Greek coffee and optional sugar to taste. Stir well. Slowly bring it all to a boil over medium heat. The coffee is ready when the froth has risen around the edges. Immediately take off the heat. Pour the coffee slowly into the cups, dividing the foam equally between each cup. The intergovernmental UNESCO Committee defines Traditional Olive Groves as an Intangible Cultural Heritage Of Humanity. A strong heritage to follow. ... The harvest of our @ladi_biosas olives would not be possible at all if our grandparents had not planted or taken care of the trees. Today, we continue the harvest tradition and we support and protect our precious Olive Groves also for the future generations. Mountainous Messenia, is one of nicest areas for cultivating olives in the world and our variety of olives "Koroneiki" gives incredible results. Our Olive Harvest lasts roughly from the mid of November through the first week of January. It is festive season of family and friends coming together to pick olives, often on groves passed on through generations of ancestral inheritance.
