18.01.2022 Wonderful to be welcomed at the Glendi celebrations in Preston with the Greek and Cypriot Social/Welfare Centre. The centre does valuable work breaking down ba...rriers to social isolation felt by many first generation migrants. As the first female MP of Cypriot background, it makes me especially proud attending events like this and supporting the community I feel such a close connection to. Kali thiaskethasi!

18.01.2022 Tomorrow at Darebin City Hall Preston 1pm till 5pm. Kataklysmos/Penticosti Multicultural Event. Guest the Hon. Robin Scott Minister for Multicultural Affairs. The Very Reverend Father Evmenios who will perform the Holy Water Ceremony followed by a mixture of multicultural dance groups. Pegasus Dance Academy, Verchovnya Ukrainian Dance Ensemble, GreekCypriot Cultural and Theatrical Centre Paradise, Pontiaki Estia, Glenbrae Celtic Dances, and the Victoria Police Pipe Band So come along for a great afternoon. Only $5.00
