22.01.2022 Great to get some rain - to green up all those paddocks in the area. Don't forget the Peats Ridge Market will be on rain, hail or shine! Bring your esky, shopping bags and furry friends as I'll be bringing along 2kg bags of goat soup/broth bones this month. These also make great dog bones as they are extremely meaty but lean! We have a few new stalls this month appearing for the first time - so be sure to come check out our quaint country market, as everyone is sure to find a unique item, or something delicious for these winter-time dishes! 06.01.2022 Cant believe its october already! I will be at Peats Ridge market this Sunday, with a full supply of fresh beef cuts. Please come along and enjoy the day at the markets, have some lunch, a coffee, an icecream, and enjoy browsing the many new stalls. I will be bringing along some of my bags of fresh meaty dog bones too, perfect also for soup/broth. I now have a good supply of additive / preservative free sausages. All of which are gluten free also. So, bring your cooler bag and I'll see you sunday!
