20.01.2022 Hump Day yard transformation This space really opened up by removing old turf and some existing plants. We’ve laid fresh turf as well as prepped and marked where a new pathway will go ... If only choosing pavers was as easy as choosing to call Green Art Landscaping! We also tidied up and mulched an existing garden area.

19.01.2022 Why is mulching important? A top layer of premium mulch can do wonders for your garden beds. Not only does it keep weeds at bay and helps prevent soil dehydration. Use of a premium mulch will provide more nutrients to your plants as it breaks down, like the Cyprus mulch featured here.

12.01.2022 Sinking pavers? No problem! Swipe to see this Before, during, and after. To fix the issue of sinking pavers we removed existing pavers, installed drainage, added a concrete slab then cleaned up and relayed the same pavers.

11.01.2022 Did you know landscaping is more than just grass and trees? We can tackle any backyard area! A common job we’ve been seeing lately is pavers lifting in pool area. This is commonly caused by incorrect drainage. As you can see here we’ve removed all lifted pavers and inserted drainage, as well as laying a concrete slab for a more solid foundation. The channel drain then extends all the way down the side of the house to assist with further water management.

05.01.2022 Completed sandstone retaining wall. Back filled and fresh turf laid on top to create a seamless look with existing area.

05.01.2022 Complete transformation! We completely removed the previous brick pavers and wooden retaining wall and laid a new foundation with drainage. A new split face besser block retaining wall was built with waterproofing and additional drainage. The area was finished with white travertine pavers in a french style pattern.

04.01.2022 Back on site Today! We don’t just do residential work, today we are starting on transforming the Acacia Ridge Hotel gardens and carpark surrounds. A complete overhaul of the existing garden beds to something beautiful but easily maintained year round, to be enjoyed while you’re sitting back in the open air beer garden. The hardest past of this job will be keeping me away from those delicious schnitties!
