18.01.2022 As some of you are aware, 5 weeks ago I had a bad fall and badly broke my wrist requiring surgery...I will be off for a little while yet so the shop is being run by my amazing husband and friends and family until I can return and take over again...So at this point we are no longer hiring and there may be an adjustment to trading days.. 16.01.2022 I’m literally shook not only is it Father’s Day, but I’m recovering from surgery and need to rest!!! We as owners always give our staff time off to spend with their dads/husbands on these days and I’ve enjoyed a beautiful day with my husband and children, only to receive this review!!! It’s important to us to rest our staff and support and nurture their time with their families.. One small bad review like this tarnishes a business immensely..We gave fair notice of closure and I don’t believe this is fair.... Can you guys please spare a moment to rate our google account to help get our numbers back up... Thanks to all of those who understood and accepted our choice and we look forward to reopening tomorrow for usual trade...

Given the heat and humidity inside the store and the risk to our staffs safety if something was to happen, along with staffs medical conditions..Our staff will not be wearing masks while working.. 06.01.2022 Good Evening everyone, its unfortunate that I need to post this, but we have had a confirmation of a case thats attended our store on the dates listed below...Metro health has advised the risk is low, but we want to ensure you all that we are taking all precautions...Weve done a deep clean of the shop and sanitised all areas that customers come into contact with.... We have removed tables from out the front as no dining is available...All staff are well and show no symptom...s of illness and are well aware to isolate and be tested should any arise... The customer was in the store on MONDAY last week the 10th August and this week MONDAY the 17th August - they were in the store for less than 10 minutes collecting an order... We ask that no customers attend the store if you are unwell or experiencing any symptoms- please isolate immediately and get tested...We are working with QLD health to ensure we stay COVID -19 safe and continue to trade as normal....
