11.01.2022 I’ve just re- structured my own home loan to 2.24% and below is my savings per year. Don’t waste you own money by paying the banks $1,000 extra per year! Why would you ? Most people do stay with one bank because they feel Loyal to the bank the grew up using. Of course that said bank actually doesn’t even know you. You are more like a number in there system... 06.01.2022 Happy Tuesday and today i just want to let you all know a little bit about cash back offers. YES they are great and available to you IF... correct always an IF or terms attached! Normally the bank will base the offer with a minimal loan amount that is being refinanced eg. $250,000 as the standard. Some lenders may offer $1,200 on loans above $150,000 and below $250,000 i will try to source the lender in these situations.... The bank will also have an LVR that you must be below eg. 80% If a cash back is something you are interested in? Let me know and i can look at this for you.
