24.01.2022 A Real Tree-t How glorious was the weather today? My last day in Daylesford and I did something I don't normally do. After enjoying a fattening but extremely tasty custard and raisin brioche and a very important first latte of the day at Wombat Hill Cafe, I lay down in the gardens and did some tree watching! How blue and perfect is the sky? No filter required! It's the simple things in life that can be the most enjoyable. We need to STOP and smell the roses!

22.01.2022 Luxury Candles Introducing the first of my exciting leopard print gift line that will be available soon. These luxury candles have been exclusively handmade in Melbourne for Green Collar Leopard and available in 2 luscious scents, Espresso Martini and French Champagne. You should smell the Espresso Martini! It's amazing! Poured into quality designer leopard print glasses, these candles have a burn life of 65 hours plus. What I love is that once you have finished your candle you can have it refilled for a small price or you can reuse your glass as a vase or whatever takes your fancy. I love a piece that is reusable! I'm still sourcing some eco friendly packaging and then these will be available for sale.

Sometimes we have to hit rock bottom in order for the greatest things to appear. 18.01.2022 Happy New Year? Just when you thought it was safe to go out, 2020 delivers its final blow on the last day of the year. Here we are in beautiful Perth visiting family and friends that we haven't seen for over a year due to Covid, and are now forced to self quarantine thanks to the latest outbreak in Melbourne. We were so enjoying the normality here after a tough year in Melbourne, and now it's back to the 'prison' life until we are proven not guilty! So, instead of lounging ...on a stunning Perth beach, I'm in home isolation! The only saving grace is the swimming pool and my Mum to keep me sane. Oh well, I guess now I am forced to relax and maybe focus on my new business. Happy New Year everyone! Sometimes we get caught up in the thrill and excitement of retail therapy and shop mindlessly. How often have you arrived home and wondered why you bought that item? Buyers remorse. Yep!
