02.01.2022 COVID-19 UPDATE With the ever evolving status of the COVID-19 outbreak, Greenedge Automation Pty Ltd has reviewed the latest updates and advise the following. We have a duty of care to our employees to ensure their ongoing health and well-being. ... We have a responsibility to our customers and their tenancies to ensure we provide healthy BMCS Technicians. We have a duty to our customers to ensure that we are able to service their requirements on an ongoing basis as best as we are able to. Therefore, effective immediately we will be providing the following levels of service for a period of two weeks. After this time, we will review the latest updates on COVID-19. No onsite regular maintenance will be conducted for the next two weeks Remote service will be provided on an as needs basis by our BMCS Technicians URGENT after-hours callouts to tenancies can be conducted (subject to the latest COVID-19 updates) The Greenedge Automation Pty Ltd office will remain open during this period.
