17.01.2022 I really enjoyed presenting to the fantastic team of lawyers at Damien Greer Lawyers this morning. I gave them a brief snapshot of the current lending environme...nt, including turnaround times, interest rates, etc. I also provided examples of some niche policies of particular lenders, that may be of great benefit to their clients, especially when negotiating the division of assets and liabilities. With over 50 competing Lenders available to us on the #LoanMarket panel, there are a plethora of finance solutions out there for customers (if you have a broker that can be bothered to look...) I also discussed my background and how I came to be a mortgage broker with the Green Finance Group (who, as a team wrote nearly half a Billion in loans last year!). I also referred to some pertinent data coming out of the property markets recently, that may be useful for the team in their various negotiations. Thank you again to Damien, and the team! #GreenFinanceGroup #GFG #DamienGreerLawyers #MortgageBroker

10.01.2022 On a daily basis we work with a large number of family-owned and run businesses - the backbone of our communities. It means a great deal to us to belong to an aggregator, also family-owned and run, that understands the complexities faced by SME, and works collaboratively to support us as we in turn support our own customers.
