23.01.2022 I think everyone will understand why we have decided to close our doors to customer contact.... We are far too small to allow for social distancing and keep up with high demand. From today, we are only fulfilling orders placed by email - if no email, then you can phone. 19.01.2022 As you may be aware, we have closed our store to so you guys and and staff are kept safe... Our floor space is too small, and with all the scoops and lids.... We're packing orders that have been sent to [email protected] and they're coming in fast! Due to high demand, we are working on 24 hour turn around from email to collection. We delivery on Fridays to Castlemaine, and will expand area soon. Milk & eggs were out, but they're back! So is plain flour (wholemeal due Friday 27th March). 16.01.2022 Easter Trading 2020! Already!! I am placing what Easter Eggs we have left out the front, so when collecting an order.... you can add on after we have selected them for you. We will be closed from Good Friday through until Easter Monday.... We are all looking forward to taking a short break and having a brief rest, as we’ve been working extended hours and days recently to fulfill all of our orders. What does this mean for orders? Week commencing 6th April Orders will close at 5pm on Tuesday 7th. This will allow us to pick, pack and process all orders so they are ready for collection by 6pm on Thursday 9th April. Any orders not collected before 6pm on Thursday 9th April, can be collected on Tuesday 14th April. Deliveries Unfortunately, we won’t be offering delivery on Good Friday, Friday 10th April, so in this instance please come and collect from store. 04.01.2022 At Green Goes the Grocer, our aim is to provide fresh, organic food - and to maintain the health of our customers, staff and our families. Our shop can get very crowded, and our shop is very small! From today: we will allow no more than 5 customers in at a time and ask that you do your shop within 15 minutes. You can leave a detailed shopping list, and come back once packed, OR email your detailed shopping list through to [email protected] with mobile # and we'll phone for payment and collection. We can offer a basic veggie box (potatoes, carrots, onions, beans, broccoli, apples etc) for a set amount too.
