14.01.2022 IMPORTANT COVID-19 UPDATE!! Please be advised, that as of Monday 23rd November, we are legally required to keep a digital record of everyone who attends our facility. Therefore, our manual sign in sheet is no longer compliant. We have had a Service NSW QR code at our reception desk for the last couple of months, and we know that a number of you use this to check in at Hit & Dip. It’s so quick and easy.... We are now compelled to have everyone use this QR code to check in. The manual sign in sheets are no longer compliant with NSW government Covid Safe regulations. We ask that everyone download the Service NSW app before you come in next week. This will make the transition to electronic check in much easier. We appreciate your understanding and assistance in this matter, as we get used to living in this new COVID WORLD.

11.01.2022 Unfortunately Covid restrictions have severely impacted the numbers for Sunday. We are hoping to hold a squash reunion later in the year at a larger venue. Please feel free to come in and take any photos that you might like to keep from our Hall of Fame, or even have one last game. Our last day of trade is next Thursday 1st April.

05.01.2022 It is with great sadness that we must inform you that Hit n Dip will be closing our doors at the close of business on Thursday 1st April 2021. Our building has been sold and the new owners are redeveloping the site. To celebrate the last 40 plus years, we will be holding several get togethers throughout our final week. We would love to catch up with both past and present members and staff, and share some stories and laughs. If you’ve ever played squash, gone to the gym, participated in aqua or gym classes, boxed with Bob, or been involved in our learn to swim program, please feel free to contact us for further information, if you would like to join us. Due to Covid restrictions we require numbers.
