24.01.2022 Our next round of Yoga with Luda starts this Thursday! Book your tickets for our Wednesday Classes at trybooking.com/BLTFR And for Thursdays, book in at trybooking.com/BLTQR ... Luda strike a fabulous balance between pure relaxation and playful joy in these classes that energise and refresh both body and mind. Our Thursday Class is more gentle and restorative, and perfect for those who prefer a slower and gentler practice, while our Wednesday Class is more energised. Both classes begin with gentle massaging movements and progress through guided yoga and movement sequences, and each class ends with a meditation sequence where you're encouraged to stay as long as you need/wish in blissful relaxation.

23.01.2022 Walking meditation allows you to get outside and reconnect with the rhythms around you. Enjoy yourself by simply being observant and mindful of the moment as you walk. Taking time to engage in walking meditation combines mental focus, stress free movement, and being out in nature. It's a truly blissful experience that is fun, healthy, and nourishing to mind, body, and soul
