23.01.2022 You could say this project was 'a Breeze' from start to finish. Our clients came to us with almost every decision made from the get go. A Heritage/Hampton style home with a room for every occasion, views of Mt Gillamatong to the west and rolling paddocks to the South East. Our clients wanted to move in without the worry of having to find the time and effort for landscaping. Double glazing and draft sealing throughout, Advanced Kitchens Cabinetry with Butler's style pantry. ... It was a pleasure to work on this project and see it come to life just as planned!

23.01.2022 Progress shots of our modified Oxley design- frames and trusses completed. This house has been positioned to take advantage of the magnificent view which is to the south. Our designer (Paul Dolphin) has modified the original design to carry the cathedral ceiling throughout the central kitchen/living/dining area to maximise solar gain from the north. Its going to look amazing!

23.01.2022 2021 has kicked off to a flying start, so much so that we've just remembered that we haven't posted the final photos from this modern extension to a cute country cottage that was handed over just before Christmas! Our clients wanted to extend their cottage to create a parents retreat with double WIR, ensuite and study, new laundry, sunroom and a playroom for the kids- all positioned on the northern side of the the existing house to take advantage of the winter sun. We also remodeled and semi-enclosed their courtyard, meaning that it can now be used year-round. A great little project to end 2020 for some fantastic clients. Keep watching for all of our exciting 2021 builds to come this year!

03.01.2022 This is not a pretty picture of an amazing new home, though is very important nonetheless! How well is your home insulated and sealed? Can you feel that cool wind outside today making its way into your home? Whilst each of our homes are individual to our clients desires and requirements, this is how one of our current clients has chosen to protect from the elements outside: R5 Earthwool batts to the ceiling and R2.5 wall batts, insulated roof blanket and Enviroseal vapour permeable proctorwrap membrane tape sealed, framing to floor sealed and windows foam filled (all standard inclusions within our homes).
