04.01.2022 4 months ago, The Economist published an article detailing the growing insect farming industry and practices involved. In particular black soldier flies to be more of a viable solution for aquaculture, animal feed and the benefit of creating bio-fertiliser. It is becoming more favourable in terms of other options such as chicken feed but looking abroad the spectrum BSFL also aim to help significant problems such as food waste. We believe that BSFL is vital for the future and... can significantly assist Australians reduce costs and also conserve the environment by turning to insects as a sustainable option. 03.01.2022 Food waste costs the economy AUD $20 billion annually in Australia alone. Reducing your footprint in the environment and taking steps into throwing away less waste is a very common topic these days. Lots of people get the message but don’t interpret it and continue their daily lives.
