22.01.2022 Always hard to go past the Crab Linguine at Harry’s on Green Lane ... but maybe tonight you might try Jason’s Confit chicken with butternut purée, potatoes, speck, chard and gremolata. Would be nice with a side of warm broccoli salad, rocket, Parmesan, raisins, hazelnuts and lemon oil. And a good red! On the menu tonight at Harry’s along other yummy favorites. Phone 48622983 to book a table near the fire. #harrysongreenlane #diningbowral #firesidedining #chefjasonhughes #greenlanebowral #confitchicken #crablinguine #binadareebeefcheeks #atlanticsalmon

22.01.2022 After a brutal summer, drenching autumn rains brought our garden back to life and it is now heaving with roses and late summer perennials. So, as we can’t operate Harry’s as a restaurant for the foreseeable future, we have turned the space into a popup flower shop called Harry Loves Flowers. Quite appropriate really, as the namesake for our restaurant, Sir Harry Veitch, was not only the founder of the Chelsea Flower Show, but was one of Britain’s most entrepreneurial Victo...rian nurserymen and responsible for dispatching planthunters all over the globe to find beautiful plants for his wealthy London clientele. So now, every morning I head out into the garden at dawn with baskets and secateurs and gather flowers and foliage for the shop. Brilliant local botanical artist, Alison Kennon then comes to turn them into wonderful, sumptuous, romantic bouquets and posies. They will be available every day and you might think about planning ahead for something special for Mother’s Day. #harryslovesflowers #harrysongreenlane #popupflowershop #alisonkennonbotanicaldesign #covidcollaborations #adaptadaptadapt #flowerswillmakeyourday #fillyourhousewithflowers #weloveflowers @harrysongreenlane @alisonkennon @theorangerybowral @plantationcafebowral @thepottingshedbowral @greenlanebowral See more

21.01.2022 Good morning from Green Lane. Hope to see you soon for coffee and ‘Brunch in The Grove’ from 10 today. Choose from brownies and pastries at Green Lane Kitchen or our scrumptious bacon and egg roll, toulouse sausage hot dog with red onion jam or the grilled chorizo sandwich, hot off the barbecue at The Grove. Yum. There’s more sunshine forecast so come on down, relax with a wine in the garden and we’ll serve you something really delicious. #meetyouatgreenlane #greenlanebowral #brunchatthegrove #thegroveongreenlane #harrysongreenlane #alldaybrunch #shopanddine @harrysongreenlane @theorangerybowral

18.01.2022 New shipment of Bordallo Pinheiro just in. Cabbage plates, bowls and platters. Plus the stunning new pitcher from the Pineapple collection. Pretty impressive and a great gift for a special friend. The painting in the background is by local artist Lillya Bogat ... a scene with birches by a river near her childhood home in Russia. Twig console below by @joevinks_handcrafted_sticks. You’ll find these and lots more treasures @theorangerybowral @greenlanebowral next to @harrysongreenlane and @dirtyjanesbowral and @suzieandersonhome

12.01.2022 Meet Lulu also known as Bubu. An enchanting little French Bulldog, who, whilst only a year old, has already developed a very French fashion sense. Her snug fitting sweater, sprinkled with pink and blue bobbles toned perfectly with the rose gold hardware on her lead. So on trend Lulu! Coco Chanel would be proud of you. And like every self respecting dog born into the digital age, Lulu has her own Instagram account and you can read her ‘stories’ @lifeoflulu17 or visit her owner @katbrazenor for the real inside stories that Lulu is too modest to talk about. #dogsofgreenlane #welovedogs #dogfriendlyzone #dogsofinstagram #luluthefrenchie #frenchies #frenchbulldog #fawnfrenchie #babystylequeen #meetyouatgreenlane #forweekendbrunch #anddoubleroasterscoffee #harrysongreenlane #diningoutbowral #theorangerybowral #bowralnsw
