15.01.2022 At Green Living Air we put the customer at the centre of our entire experience. The health and well-being of our customers and team remains our number one priority as we all continue to monitor the coronavirus (Covid 19) situation very closely. Here are the actions we are taking to ensure the safety of our customers, team members and the community. As the owner and director of Green Living Air I can confirm that I have not been overseas recently, nor been in contact with an...yone who has confirmed Coronavirus. As we are a family run business, I can also confirm that Dad and Jack have not been overseas or in contact with anyone who has confirmed Coronavirus. We have been practicing ‘social-distancing’ and remaining at home when not at work. If we were to experience flu like symptoms we would be honest and look to reschedule your job. In return we have also been asking our customers the same questions and cleaning down ourselves and our tools at the end of each job. We will continue to complete installations and maintain the social etiquette standards as set out by our Australian Government. Whilst we can no longer shake your hand hello we are still happy to offer an elbow bump. Which did you know was first developed in Hawaii after the 1960’s Kalaupapa Leprosy Settlement. We will continue to offer Air-Conditioning Repairs and Services as we understand with an increased number of people working from home, your air-conditioning unit will be utilised more frequently. Ensuring your unit is clean and in good working order will not only improve the quality of the air in your home, it will also prevent any permanent damages and save on electricity. We will continue to put our customers at the centre of everything that we do and are more than happy to help our community where this is a need. This includes picking up the odd groceries for you if you are unbale to leave your home, please let us know if there anything at all that we can do to assist.
