20.01.2022 Charging complete! The biochar, frass and compost blend has now finished charging. We applied a heavy application of the blend as a top dressing to a few garden beds. The larger area in the photos had demanding brassica crops over the winter. The charged biochar will replenish the nutrients in the depleted soil while also increasing the water holding capacity and aeration to the root zone. 09.01.2022 We sell our Biochar uncharged so you can decide on your favourite fertiliser or compost blend to activate it with. Here we've mixed our ultra-fine biochar with frass and compost. We will leave it in the barrow for a week or so. It has been quite rainy here in Melbourne so the mix is very saturated, which is completely fine!
