16.01.2022 This weeks masterpieces. The exquisite Carndonagh High Cross. Pause and reflect on the skill level of two people. The unknown Irish stone mason who carved the original sometime in the 8th or 9th century. More than 2.5 mtrs tall, working with hand forged tools, themselves a work of art.... My impossibly talented friend Adelle who created the original miniature from a lump of clay and wooden tools. Another regurgitation of "Dracarys" for the G.O.T. tragics.
