19.01.2022 Port Augusta Secondary School has just recently opened their new STEM facility, and new teaching programs in the centre have a strong focus on sustainability. From the ways in which we generate electricity, to how we make better use of our world’s resources and how we deal with the waste that we produce, students are engaging in a range of tasks that get them to consider their impact on the world, and how they can make a difference. We are encouraging Port Augusta residents to introduce this new bin into your household to recycle food scraps into your Green lidded Council bins.
