23.01.2022 Hi all! I have some great news! The new space is close to being finished this month. At the moment, the control room needs a coat of paint and some cabling. The recording room is finished. It measures 3x8 metres, and consists of double brick walls with a gap in between, 100cm soundproof batts and finished off with 3 layers of SoundCheck gyprock. There are 2 independent ceilings with 150cm soundproof batts in between. For acoustic tuning, the recording room boasts Auralex panels. A specially constructed ventilation system with 3 metres of labyrinth tunnels provides excellent and silent ventilation. Here are some photos of the studio so far. I'm looking forward to posting photos of the finished space very soon.
