25.01.2022 Before and after. Client Ruth wanted to create a bush habitat garden and to reuse the pebble mulch which we a created gabion basket front block fence from. She’s very happy with her the delicious smelling native fragipani and chocolate lillies. We prefer to plant small plant stock which grows quickly in the conditioned soil that we prepare. In the long run the plants chosen will thrive and need little watering. We’ll check into see how it’s growing in another 6 months.

20.01.2022 Greenshade living. Fruit trees and edible vines, not only provide shade, privacy and beauty, but also some delicious produce meters from my front door. This garden contains apples, pears, oranges, grapes, apricots, rhubarb, beans, tomatoes, chokos and kiwi fruit. Plus many other vegetables.

19.01.2022 Permaculture garden in Werribee. Here we see a combination of edibles with Fig, lemon, parsley and tomato, with pea straw mulch. In combination with indigenous salt bush ground cover, kangaroo apple and native grasses. All this works well with this harsh climate and poor native clay soil.

16.01.2022 First time flowering (planted a year ago) - my Midgen Berry, looking forward to the sweet little fruit. This is one of the best native plants to have in your garden.... I planted 4 a long a path, so I can walk along and pick the fruit. Does well under the canopy of other plants, with filtered sun. See more

10.01.2022 What are you planting in the garden at the moment..? I’m attempting the three sisters: corn, pumpkins and beans. The bean grows up the corn and provides nitrogen to the soil. And the pumpkin is a great ground cover, retaining moisture in the soil.
