24.01.2022 Getting closer to completion on the pool cabana at Hope Island, these clients have added a lot of extras as we go to suit there needs and wants.

24.01.2022 Renovation Update: Waterproofing & tiling done, new wardrobe in the bedroom and a new hallway to the bedroom. Temporary laundry all set up.

24.01.2022 Watch this space!! New job at Hope Island started this year BBQ shelter looking over the canal (the yellow) on the plans. Dirt removed and then footings were done today.

24.01.2022 Something different for the boys to build, some lucky kids at Hope Island.

24.01.2022 New bathroom renovation started. This is an internal bathroom with no windows it has 2 doors cutting down on space, this is a tiny family bathroom that is also dark, with black and dark green tiles. We are moving a wardrobe from the current small hallway to the bedroom and putting it in the large bedroom then widening the bathroom and making a new hallway cutting in to where the wardrobe was. This will then make the bathroom a lot bigger, we will then put in a new cavity slider in the main hallway and a solar skylight in the renovated bathroom so there is then natural light. This will make it a more useable family bathroom.

15.01.2022 Update: Concrete has been done over the new drainage as well as termite protection to all floor cuts. Wall sheeting is all up with new ceilings. The plastering is almost complete and waterproofing will be done Monday in the bathroom and laundry.

04.01.2022 Completed Bathroom Renovation at Shailer Park.

04.01.2022 Concrete cut and plumbing done, there was a bit involved as the shower and bath were moved to fit in a toilet. Cavity slider is in and the 2 original doorways are framed up. Also the laundry is now being renovated so that has been demolished and new plumbing done as well. The new hallway to the bedroom is done and door on and the framing for the new built in wardrobe is done.
