04.01.2022 I’m normally not great at lamb shanks but this is delicious I added some diced parsnips from the garden. Plus about half a cup of red lentils to soak up some of the delicious sauce.
01.01.2022 Strawberry icecream... no sugar, I just whizz up a hand full of dates in the bowl first, then blend some frozen strawberries. Add some cream and blend till desired consistency, add more cream if it isn’t runny enough. Top with some dehydrated strawberries
