16.01.2022 To Our Dear and Valued Members & Sponsors. As you are all very well aware of the current situation we face as a community regarding the Covid-19 pandemic with self-isolation and social separation measures put in place by the state government, I am writing to inform that the committee has met and have decided: All General Meetings will be canceled until the bans on social distancing are lifted.... All future planned comps on our syllabus will be canceled. Presentation Night discussions and planning is put on hold until May 31st. The Member with the highest Club Champion points (Adult & Jnr) as current will be awarded Club Champion. (Award night will be discussed after May 31st) We will continue as a committee to aim for club tournament tops to be supplied.(Depending on Government restrictions and that all requirements can be done online) The committee will continue to work on informing all members via Facebook , club phone and email regarding future syllabus, Club rooms and ideas to ensure the club we know and love comes through this pandemic better and stronger. We are sure everyone understands and respects the decision made by the committee during these difficult times. On a personal level I would like to Thank everyone for their support and hope you all stay safe. On behalf of the committee Paul Thermos
