22.01.2022 In case you're wondering?! Yes, there's something new in the neighbourhood. We've commissioned, a temporary sound art installation for Hawthorne tunnel to celebrate 10 years of the Greenway Art Prize. It's by Frank Valentine Dwyer, an emerging artist who's lived and worked in the Inner West his whole life. As a Kegworth primary school student he was involved in painting some of the murals in this tunnel and now he's studying composition at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music. ...Big thank you to Alessandro Berini for his mentorship and installation expertise.
