23.01.2022 Warmer weather is coming soon and a new sports season will be too! When you're making sure that you have all the equipment necessary to participate in your new sport, there is one major piece of equipment that should come to mind: a mouth guard. Because accidents can happen during any physical activity, the advantage of using a mouth guard during sports is that it can help limit the risk of mouth-related injuries to your lips, tongue, and soft tissues of your mouth. Mouth guards help you avoid chipped or broken teeth, nerve damage to a tooth, or even tooth loss. Call us on 6293 9339 to make an appointment for your mouth guard.

22.01.2022 Greenway Dental is now able to provide CEREC dental restorations! CEREC dental restorations allow us to provide patients with ceramic crowns, inlays, onlays or veneers in just one appointment. As Greenway Dental has the CEREC Omnicam it means that patients no longer have to have messy impression materials or powders in their mouth when having a restoration made. The state of the art CAD/CAM technology of our CEREC means that the intra oral camera takes pictures and videos of... the teeth and transfers this information to the CEREC computer where the dentist designs the restoration, selects a CEREC block to match the colour of the teeth and wirelessly sends the restoration design to the mill for manufacture, right here in our clinic. Once the restoration is completed it is bonded to the patients remaining tooth structure, creating an aesthetic and durable restoration. Call us and book an appointment today to see if CEREC restorations are a good treatment choice for you!

18.01.2022 Flossing is an essential part of taking care of your teeth and gums. Here's a helpful tip on the correct way to do so!

18.01.2022 At Greenway Dental we offer Nitrous oxide. This is a gas, commonly known as 'happy gas' or 'laughing gas'. The purpose of giving nitrous oxide is a way to help reduce your pain and anxiety during dental treatment. You will breathe the gas through a small nosepiece that sits on your nose, (we even have different flavors!). After the treatment you recover quickly from the effects of the gas so you are able to drive. If you have any concerns or queries have a look at this link: If you have any more questions don't hesitate to call on 6293 9339.
