24.01.2022 And we did it! As promised, for each Greenwich Plate sold, we make a small donation to our charity of choice, HammondCare Greenwich. We have just tallied up and made the donation for FY18 into HammondCare Foundation, specially towards Greenwich Hospital. ... Thank you to all our customers for using our meal delivery service. 23.01.2022 Celebrate Chinese New Year with a ‘lo hei’ - which means literally ‘toss + up’ - but symbolically auspicious in every sense from work, career, business to family, health, wealth etc. The tradition goes like this: each guest picks up a pair of long chopsticks, and together the party tosses the salad while saying a series of auspicious well wishes. For a more theatrical effect, lucky sayings are announced by the host while garnishes like crackers, sesame seeds and sesame dressi...ng are added one by one. The lunar new year begins on 5 February 2019, and we are once again taking orders for these prosperity platter kits. *The Greenwich Plate prosperity platter uses the freshest ingredients, and skips the cup of flavoured oil which typically is poured over the salad. Fresh salmon sashimi prosperity platter kits $100 (serves 10-12). Long chopsticks and melamine large white plate included. Delivery charge applies.
