24.01.2022 Does it have to be EPIC? Have you ever said this to yourself? Maybe when you launched your course or simply shared a post online. Let me elaborate, take social media for example, we think that every single post has to be epic or at needs to feel perfect. We tell ourselves, this is not enough to share or not valuable enough.... Then there’s reels, stories and podcasts. To be honest, I feel like this is also holding me back. There’s so many things to think about. They are all fun of course! For people who can do it all. But it’s not in me to jump on the bandwagon and jump enthusiastically into new marketing trends. And when my plate gets filled with client work and other personal projects, my mental capacity for creative, fun, informative driven content feels like a dull hum. So today’s post is simply to tell you that you can be imperfect and you don’t have to keep up with the latest trend all the time and your posts don't have to be full of amazing information. 11.01.2022 Happy Monday everyone! No carousel post but here’s something that I do that makes my day a whole lot brighter.. Music is such a great way to get you motivated and pumped up.. but dancing along makes it even more fun! It just sets the tone for the day. (Yeah, I know most of you work from home) But even if you work from home, give a try.. Play some funky music, dance a little before you sit at your desk.
