25.01.2022 A recent residential rough-in at Marsden Park including Hot & Cold for the island, the bath & a 2nd Gas point for the BBQ, all inspected by our supervisor to ensure our clients receive the highest quality installations.

24.01.2022 The transformation at Barker college has been immense. Truly amazing to see photos today (scroll to the end of the pics) of the beautiful new facilities on site. All up, over a dozen staff from GHP worked on this project at one point or another. A true team effort. The GHP WSC team handled the S73 application which comprised of multiple stages of applications, building plan approvals, Major Works Sewer Design, Major Works Project Manage, BPA Inspections as well as managing the Disuse of sewer process. The GHP Construction team handled multiple stages of sewer construction works including excavation, building new manholes, new maintenance shafts, new sewer lines, Vent Shaft & the removal of disused sewer lines.

14.01.2022 16 Metres of high quality Concrete Encasement completed including pipe renewal on this residential project at The Oaks where the builder had no choice but to build over the sewer. We are trusted by many of our builders to take care of all the building over or adjacent to sewer requirements. Not only did we expertly complete the encasement itself, this project was also assessed by our WSC Dept. for building plan approval requirements including the completion of a sewer pegout, the plans were approved after a quick visit to the engineer and the works subsequently inspected. The WSC team will be back to inspect the piers as soon as the concretor is ready ensuring this project complies with #Sydneywater #requirements
