23.01.2022 And we are all set up ready for the first heat. A bit wind and warm but it’s all go.

20.01.2022 Well GWR are packed ready to head to Yorke Peninsula dirt kart club for our first race meeting in 2021. We will be sharing the pit area with our great friends from team Nineteen 97. Hopefully we get some great races tomorrow. Bring it on !#wardplumbers#finessebuilt#jzplabelling

19.01.2022 Tomorrow we race at Angas dirt kart club at Strathalbyn. Looking forward to getting out at my home track in Statesman and KT Twin. Will be interesting to see how my new BRK Fusion frame goes compared to my old TEDS frame. Have my son inlaw Beau from Port Lincoln coming out to lend me a hand and support. Thanks to my sponsors Finesse Built , Eco Building Supplies , Ward Plumbers and JZP Labelling for the great team wear.

09.01.2022 It is time to clean my karts and race gear, hang the helmet up and reflect on 2020 season. Due to COVID 19 restrictions we are done. It’s been an up and down year with COVID and other issues this year. Have raced a few different tracks and had the pleasure to meet new people , see my karting friends and race old and new competitors. Built a new twin kart from a frame and coming to grips with the handling thanks to Daniel Ludlow. ... Would like to thank my fellow competitors, Gavin Earl, Greg and Nay Daw, John Charles, Noelene Lee, Flick, Troy and Mat Hood, Paul and Conner Carruthers , Colin Moat for awesome engines, Ben and Kelly Brown, BRK Karts and all the other people that helped and /or pushed. Biggest thanks to my wife Julee and my sponsors Finessebuilt, Eco Building Supplies, JZP Labelling and Ward Plumbers. Thanks to everyone for their support. Onto bigger, better and exciting things next season. See more

08.01.2022 Today we hopefully are racing at Yorke Peninsula dirt kart club in the Geoff Phillips Memorial Day. I’m racing in Statesman and KT twin. There are 24 twin karts nominated which is the biggest field I have raced in. The weather is not looking to good but hopefully the rain will go around the track.

07.01.2022 Saturday saw myself and Julee travel to Strathalbyn to race at the Angas dirt kart club. I raced in Statesman and KT twin. There was 10 starters in Statesman which made for some great racing. Had a relatively good race meet coming in 7th overall but a dnf in one heat didn’t help. Congratulations to 1st Tim Kovarik, 2nd Greg Daw and 3rd Mat Hood. In KT twin it was only myself and Daniel Ludlow but we raced and had a great meet. Daniel won all heats but I was more than happy with my progress with the kart and especially my driving. Had some good race tussles. Would like to thank my sponsors Finesse Built, Eco Building Supplies and Ward Plumbers.
