Both for sale and rental search volumes are proving to be volatile week-to-week, however, they are both starting to trend up again. NSW auction results were slightly down on last week, with clearance rate...s at 62% this weekend across Sydney, down 6% on last week with 211 properties sold. (82% this time last year). There was an increase stock compared to last week, with 437 properties up for auction.
