25.01.2022 I wrote this words many months ago, and it deeply touched me. I felt to reshare. It requires courage to step out from the shadows. It is here that you will discover your embodied truth. ... DEAR BEAUTIFUL POWERFUL WOMAN WHO DEEPLY SEEKS TO EXPRESS... The one who watches on from the side lines, observing, desiring to take the leap, to speak freely, to play and dance, speak what is on her heart. Yet holds herself back. To the Woman who finds herself swept away by her thoughts and concerns for her family and the world (on repeat), yet finds it difficult to return to a sense of home and groundedness within her own body. For the Woman who seeks to express her needs and desires fully...though doesn’t really know where to even begin to express this and for it to feel received. For the one who longs for connection and intimacy with her partner... Yet in moments of opening in vulnerability feels herself withdraw, pull away and shut down... For the Woman who desires acknowledgement and to be really seen by others, though hides herself away, physically, emotionally, energetically resulting in a feeling of insignificance, self blaming and sabotage.... For the one who experiences safety in stillness, in disconnecting from her emotional body, with a hope to go unnoticed...though beneath it all wants to dance and be in the movement of life and express herself openly. For the Woman who feels the tension in her body, restriction in her throat and notices the many moments of ‘holding breath’. For the Woman who desire to feel alive and turned on by life...a depth of pleasure and passion radiating through her. For the Woman who looks to other Woman and finds herself comparing, golden shadowing, and raising up other Woman around her, from a place of not feeling that she herself possesses these same qualities and more. For the Woman that feels like a bystander in her own life, watching her world from a distance, and now feels the call from deep inside to finally start living the life she deeply longs to experience. I know this path well. This has been my own journey of returning home. I stand beside you sister, here to step with you and share that there is another way! A way to experience and express all that you are and come alive again. It is a journey of deep unlearning, of exploring your truths, to embody and open to the wisdom of your heart. I am here holding the door open for you, creating the safe space for you to enter, uncover and explore the parts of yourself up until this very moment have been dying to come alive. 24.01.2022 We are initiating one another My heart and love deepens for you each day we walk this life together my love Greg Barwick Last night was a deep initiation and we both felt the magnitude of what this would mean.... Our energy, love and intention weaving together in deep love, pleasure and emotional expression. Together we created the space. Through spoken intention, energy work, clearing and circulation of sexual life force energy we traversed and descended together deep into our hearts and the cosmos. We have walked this world together in thud lifetime now for 15 years and in sacred union for close to 12 Last night, we initiated one another into a depth of healing that allows walls to crumble, words to be spoken and healing breathe and love to penetrate every cell of our beings. Connection is key in every aspect of our lives...it's what we seek beneath every decision, action, and choice we make, from the depth of relationship we hold in our business...to the depths of relating and connection with our most intimate partner and lover It influences our ability to understand one another, our ability to communicate and share what is on our heart - in the bedroom, in life, and when casting our vision and missions out into the world.... If we can't feel ourselves... How do we connect deeply with another? How do we lean in and open with vulnerability and strength to share our needs and desires? How do we truly feel our YES from our NO?! So where do we even begin when we feel like most of our life has been lived from this place... filling our time with a never ending 'to do list'? Today I invite you to ponder these 5 questions: What makes you feel most alive? Who are you beyond the label of WIFE, PARTNER, MOTHER? What brings you back into your body, into your sensuality and pleasure? What goals and dreams do you have for your life or your relationship right now? 08.01.2022 WE ARE NOT "DONE" YET As a collective, we each are working towards reimagining a new earth, a new paradigm of life and experience. Each holding a key.... An insight and a gift in this co-creation. If we can acknowledge within our experiences of life, love and relating still aspects of repression, denial, shame, rejection, guilt and separation... Then the invitation is yet to expire, with the instructions guiding us ever deeper into the mysteries of this world and our collective potential. Our individual experience is a micro expression of what is still held collectively by humanity. Gentleness, compassion, softening to open to these depths within us is needed for the journey. To witness these collective wounds with love, humility and truth so that they may be illuminated and transmuted within the relationship we hold with our beloved, the relationship with our children, the relationship with the entity of our businesses, within our creations, with God. It calls us to explore what a life ALL IN moment to moment looks like... feels like... sounds like. Our greatest capacity and potential glimpsed, tasted, realised and danced with. And as that intimacy grows deeper, wider, more vivid and alive within us. We experience a new world coming alive.
