11.01.2022 Not only am I passionate about real estate but I am passionate about causes that make a difference. What a weekend in Tamworth assisting Dean Ellison with his fundraising for this 1,400km ride from Newcastle to Noosa commencing March 26. We will ride inland and navigate hills totaling 14,000 mtrs. During the weekend whilst selling raffle tickets in a pub we came across a young fellow who didn’t have cash, went to an ATM and gave us a cash donation. He didn’t want tickets then... told us his sister is currently undergoing treatment for cancer right now. Another young fellow telling us he is now 4 months clear after treatment of a grade 4 melanoma. Others telling us of people they know who have passed from cancer, a few knowing the TDC emblem, many thanking us for what we are doing and the great cause. My own father passed away a little over 4 years ago from a painful spinal cancer. Others said we were just mad riding that far. Yep, we are. THIS IS WHY WE RIDE!!! Our country had been decimated from weather conditions and there is a lot of hurt out there. My wife and I have purchased hay bales and foodstuffs for our drought-affected farmers. We have provided clothes and foodstuffs for our fire ravage Aussies so I know calls for donations have come thick and fast. The Tour de Cure annual ride is all about raising funds for cancer research and won’t give up until a cure is found. Some 29 scientific cancer breath throughs have already occurred. Many of you will know a family member, friend, work colleague or a well-known identity who has contracted cancer. If you have always wanted to assist in cancer research by providing a donation and didn’t quite know where to go and would like to do so you may send me a messenger text and I’ll provide details. One day the answers will be found

04.01.2022 Tour de Cure Bike Ride 2020 Wondering how far we are riding.....well we just found out.....(we are not sure what to think.....lol). 136km... 140km 108km 176km 132km 150km 136km (Plus a bus ride) 200km (!!!) on Day 8! 100km Here also is our bike route. Four of us heading to Tamworth on Saturday and will ride up the Moonbi range and back. About 80k and temp predicted to be 44c.
