10.01.2022 A reminder that until we deem it safe for staff and clients, our COVID-19 rules still apply for the safety of clients and staff: - please ring before entering the clinic - you may need to wait for a short time until we call you in ... - masks are required to enter the clinic (even if you have an exemption). If you can't wear a mask and have an exemption, we will advise you how we can help you without entry to the clinic, but we will find a way to help you. - We only allow 2 people in the waiting room at a time - Only one client to accompany patients to the consulting room - If you are in contact with Covid-19 cases, have any symptoms or are required to isolate please let us know so we can find a way to help you. These rules are subject to change at our discretion and we will be reviewing our policies as the health situation and official health advice change. We sincerely hope these requirements do not cause you offence or unnecessary inconvenience. There is no acceptable reason for anger, bad language or aggressive bullying behaviour towards our staff, who are trying to do their job and have been under a great deal of stress for several months trying to provide the best care we can in a difficult situation. Anyone behaving in an unacceptable manner and not helping us to help themselves and all our clients will be assisted in finding alternative veterinary services, and such bad behaviour will not be accepted.
