25.01.2022 I am a fully qualified infant and child practitioner in Bowen Therapy. Infant treatments are brief and very gentle, and can assist with sleep and digestive issues, helping your baby to settle and rest.

18.01.2022 So what exactly IS Bowen Therapy? Bowen Therapy is a non-invasive, holistic technique that involves gentle work on the soft connective tissue (fascia) of the body. It is performed via a sequence of small movements, each at a specific site on the body, and patients are able to remain fully clothed for treatments.
