22.01.2022 That thing you are worried about? Your fear about how everything will work out? God’s got it. Our God is greater than our fear. The God who hung the moon and ...the stars... The God who knows the exact number of hairs on your head (Luke 12:7)... The God who created man from dust and mountains from nothing The God who holds the future is the same God who holds us tonight (Psalm 139:10). We can trust Him. How can you entrust your fear and concern to the Lord tonight? We are praying for you!

16.01.2022 Why does Calvinism teach that God requires man to do something he can’t do: repent. That’s illogical and unfair. For the same simple reason God required man ...to do something he couldn’t: obey the 10 commandments. (And the entirety of the law) So that all creation may say: Jonah 2:9 ...Salvation is of the Lord! The point being: Salvation is wholly of the Lord. Nobody has a problem with the fact God placed the law upon man, the very law which no man could keep. There are no complaints about that standard being to harsh, to unattainable, to unfair. But at the same time, some can’t accept that God would also require man to do yet another thing which he cannot do, namely repent. In both ways God gets the glory. (Eph 2:8-9) Christ fulfilled the law. (Matt 5:17) And God enables man to repent. (John 6:44, 65, 2 Tim 2:25) Both things man cannot do. Both God does out of love on behalf of His creation and chiefly for His own Glory to the praise of His glorious grace. (Eph 1:6)

03.01.2022 The past few months have been filled with a range of emotions... Confusion. Sadness. Anger. Frustration. Weariness. Sorrow. Each day feels overwhelming as we n...avigate everything we’re seeing, reading and hearing. But friend, we don’t have to face this alone. The Bible tells us that God is with us. Isaiah 41:10 says, Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. God is here, we do not have to give into fear. He is actively giving us strength to fight the battles we are facing. We are not left alone in the midst of our confusion, anger, or sorrow. When we feel too weak to stand, God is faithful to carry us in His strong arms. When we are hurting, He is sure to care for and comfort our hearts. We can look to God with the assurance that He is with us. He cares deeply for us. He is our righteous helper who will hold us up when we feel we cannot take another step.
