22.01.2022 Austin is scratching his head here trying nut out the staircase void on our Dunrobin st townhouse development. Been fun seeing this frame come together. With bulk steel work holding up the top floor, it takes more thought than usual to put it all together. Over the next week there will be a proud new addition to the Shepparton sky line when the first floor framing goes up....

20.01.2022 Im a timber man at heart, but pretty excited to team up with the lads from Fortitude Frames on our new Abbey crt project. Clients Neil and Lois specifically wanted a steel frame home, so we happily obliged. Timber or steel, we will get it done

12.01.2022 Few rough heads in this lot. Thanks for the photo Shepparton News. From Left to right Levi, Westy, Prez, Riz, Techy, Charlie, myself, and Dave. This photo was taken at a home we are building in Kialla Lakes, that has passive home principals. Passive home means the thermal performance will rate up to 8 star (well above the required 6 star) if extra building practices are applied to reduce air leakage. I put Dave on this one as he loves problem solving on the tricky jobs...

10.01.2022 Great day for a new slab to go down in Providence Estate. This one will be polished, so was crucial we dodged the rain to get a good finish. The boys at Empire concreting nailing it as usual...

03.01.2022 Our good friend Sue took possession of her McKinney st Townhouse a few weeks ago. Wormy chestnut floors, 3m high ceilings, large north facing windows and fully landscaped gardens make this place the perfect down-sizer....

02.01.2022 The Matt Standing Seam cladding on our Dunrobin st project adds a real touch of class and texture to the rendered walls. I recently asked an architect if he thought the standing seam metal cladding will look good in 20 years? His response was that this look / design feature (vertical lines) has been around for hundreds of years, and not going anywhere soon! Well good because I love it...

01.01.2022 The sun was shining today, so Techy and Riz got cracking on the exsulite cladding at our Dunrobin st townhouses. Exulite is a lightweight foam product ideal for first floor render applications, with excellant thermal properties. The result is like a big insulated esky.

01.01.2022 And that's a wrap for 2020. A big to this bunch of lads for just getting it done without too much fuss this year. Also a huge thanks to all our clients, subbies and suppliers for working in with us during such a strange year. We have some great projects in the pipeline for 2021, but for now very much looking forward to a break until the 18th of Jan...
