07.01.2022 Dear Valued Customers; As the coronavirus (COVID-19) is having an increased impact on our community, we felt it was important to update you on the steps we are taking to keep you, our staff members and the wider community safe. We will no longer be taking payments in person, all payments will need to be made in advance either over the phone with a credit card or via EFT (please email through a copy of the bank receipt ahead of collection). ... Customers wishing to bring their vehicles in for a quote are still encouraged to do so. Our office and all staff will be implementing a 2m social distancing zone as recommended. Similarly, when dropping your vehicle off for repairs you may either take advantage of the key drop box located at the front of the premises (for no contact at all) or come to our reception door where there is another key drop and you can still speak to our staff in regards to repairs (practising the 2m social distancing guidelines set out by the Health Dept). Employees will be wiping down any surfaces touched on customers vehicles such as keys, steering wheels, gear selectors and door handles at the start of repair and at the end once the vehicle is ready for collection. If you are quarantining and/or working from home and wish to have a quote for repairs done, please give us a call as we may be able to come to your home. In some cases we may also be able to pick up your vehicle from your home and deliver it back once repairs are completed. Please give us a call to find out if you are eligible. If you still have concerns or have any other queries, please do not hesitate to get in contact. Please remember to support small local businesses wherever possible during this time as we will be the worst hit and take the longest to bounce back. We appreciate your support.
