We have basic performance maps for standard cars but have also tuned cars for strokers and OE cam upgrades (M54B30 cam, S50/52 US etc). 24.01.2022 E39 M54B30 into E30 adapter harness finished up for a customer. We will also be flashing his DME to give him a drop in wiring and tuning solution for his swap. All factory interfaces still function (other than fuel consumption gauge but no great loss there), codes can be read from the M54 DME though the OBD2 port. We mainly do these adapter harnesses for E30/36 but can also work with other chassis if you need a wiring solution for your BMW motor.

22.01.2022 S54B32 into E36 Compact adapter loom completed for our own shop car along with MSS54HP DME with Alpha-N tune - hoping to have it driving in the next week or 2.

20.01.2022 M54 into E36 plug and play adapter harness with remapped ecu to suit finished for a customer this week.

20.01.2022 Another M54B30 into E30 adapter harness finished today along with performance flashed DME for the swap. We are continuing to offer these swap flashes at half our standard price if purchased alongside and adapter harness.

19.01.2022 E36 M44B19 motor into E30 swap pack consisting of harness adapter and DME with vehicle speed sensor requirement removed and EWS immobiliser removed. This will take care of the electrical side of this swap into your E30 and is a cheaper alternative to swapping a later 6cyl motor.

18.01.2022 M44 EWS delete coming soon after some final testing. This is something we will be able to offer as a plug and play DME or we can modify your one to work without EWS. Options for vehicle speed signal removal (great for swaps into E30 etc) will also be available shortly.

17.01.2022 We are getting some progress under way for our N52B30 into E36 swap, working on the MSV70 DME to sort EWS and swap related items currently. These motors make 195-200kw in factory form and there is headroom for another 20-30kw with basic mods. We will be aiming to have an N52 swap kit available in 2021 for E36 and E46 with wiring, mounting and DME options covered. E30 will follow afterwards as the sump and oil pickup will require modifications.

17.01.2022 M54 into E30 adapter loom done for a local customer along with a base turbo map to get their car ready to tune.

15.01.2022 S54 into E36 adapter loom we finished for a customer recently. This setup has the extra wires in it for integration into a CAN module to retain E36 climate control functionality. We have also configured the MSS54HP DME to function without error in the E36 with post-cat O2 sensor delete, SAP delete, VSS delete, EWS delete and sport mode retention settings included. If you are wanting to transplant any of the newer BMW motors into your E30/36/46 we have options available and are in development of options for M57D30 and N52B30.

14.01.2022 S54 into E36 M3 adapter harness along with MSS54 DME flashed to suit with Alpha-N tune. This harness will allow the customer to even retain the oil temp functionality of their original M3 cluster.

10.01.2022 M54B30 into E30 plug and play setup ready to go for a local customer - we can supply most of the parts needed for any m5x swaps into E30/36.

07.01.2022 S54 plug-in adapter harness we have just finished for an in-house S54 E30 swap we are doing. MSS54 DME is flashed to remove EWS/VSS error/Secondary Air Pump/Post cat O2 sensors along with a few other requirements for such a swap. If you are looking to do a newer BMW engine swap into your E30/36, chances are we will have DME and wiring options available.

06.01.2022 VY LS1 loom modified to plug and play for E36. This loom allows the stock coolant, tacho, alternator and oil pressure signals to function on your stock dash. We can also do this for E30 in a similar fashion.

05.01.2022 Plug and play adapter for M54B30 into E30 along with EWS deleted swap DME with performance remap ready for a customer this week. This setup will leave all of your E30 cluster functionality like standard along with giving you the correct plug to install the DBW pedal into your E30.

03.01.2022 MSV70 N52 DME development is progressing well, we now have most of the required maps defined to tune the DME for use with engine swaps into other chassis - EWS Delete is now sorted. We will be aiming to have this running in our development E36 chassis in the coming months and be able to offer DME, wiring and mounting solutions for installing the N52 into your E36/46 with E30 to follow.

03.01.2022 Plug and play adapter harness for E46 M54B30 into 84 E30 318i. These early cars use a discontinued rectangular C101 engine to body plug, but we can still make this work if supplied with the pigtail off your original engine loom.
