Felt like a savoury treat this afternoon and this happened packed with nutrients these cheese sticks are a great source of protein that will keep your day going ... Cheese is a GREAT source of protein, fat and calcium is a healthy and delicious source of nutrients. Mozarella cheese is lower in calories than cheddar cheese, being this a good alternative when you are looking to lose weight. In fact, mozzarella has more calcium and is lower in fat. 1 Slice of Mozzarella (28gr) contains 18% of your daily intake of calcium which will help to build and maintain strong bones 10 Mozarella Sticks (185gr) Oat Flour 3tbsp Rye Bread crumbs 1 cup (70gr) 2 large Eggs INSTRUCTIONS Line a baking tray with baking paper and leave it on the side Chop mozarella to get cheese sticks Place the oat flour in a plate In a bowl, place the 2 eggs and beat, add salt and pepper Place in a third plate the bread crumbs (this time I did exactly the same as I did with my rye pancakes, I placed around 3 slices of bread into the food processor to get bread crumbs) and I sprinkled salt and oregano For the dredging process roll the cheese sticks in oat flour, roll in the egg mixture and then the breadcrumb mixture Repeat the egg and breadcrumb coatings again pressing the breadcrumbs into the cheese stick Place the dredged cheese sticks on the prepared tray and freeze 30 minutes or up to 24 hours this is very IMPORTANT otherwise the cheese will melt when you bake When ready to bake, heat oven to 200C and place the baking tray with the cheese sticks Bake 5 minutes then turn sticks over and bake for other 5 minutes Serve with of tomato sauce Enjoy! . . . . #mozzarella #mozzarellasticks #cheeselover #savoury #yummy #healthy #easyrecipes #healthylifestyle #healthyfood @ Cremorne Point

14.01.2022 PIZZA CON 2 INGREDIENTES Esta pizza se pasó de rica! Y lo mejor de todo es que no sabe NADA a yogurt. La masita tiene un sabor súper neutro por eso hay que echarle un poquito de sal para que le de más sabor! Tip El yogurt griego tiene casi que el triple de proteína que un yogurt normal debido a su proceso de filtracion. De hecho, tiene una consistencia más cremosa lo cual lo hace más rico y agradable Para 1 persona necesitas Harina de Avena 1/2 Taza (60gr)... Yogurt Griego 1/4 Taza (70gr) Sal 1/2 cucharadita INSTRUCCIONES Calienta el horno a 175C En un bowl mezcla la harina de avena yogurt y sal Ya pasado unos minutos mezclando, coloca la masa de la pizza en una superficie plana espolvoreada con 1 cucharada de harina de avena Amasa la masa hasta que ya no este pegostosa y los ingredientes estén bien integrados dándole una forma circular y plana (asi como cuando hacemos arepa) Coloca aceite de oliva en la bandeja de hornear Coloca la pizza en la bandeja y agrega los toppings que quieras! Yo agregué salsa de tomate para pizza, queso, jamón, pimentón, champiñones y espinaca Cocina en el horno por 10 minutos Una vez lista agrega aceite de oliva por arriba y espolvorea un poquito de sal!
