20.01.2022 Pool Compliance... is your pool or spa compliant? With Summer almost on our doorstep, it is time to ensure your pool and spa are safe and compliant. All pools & spas in NSW should be registered on the Government website. If you lease out your home or decide to sell, then you need to have a compliance certificate. These can be obtained through the local Council or a private Certifier. It lasts for 3 years. A lease cannot be signed without one.... So on this raining Sydney afternoon we are diligently checking that all our pools comply. Please do check yours! Greycliffe Property

18.01.2022 Anyone spot the difference? Property maintenance, its like servicing a car.. it doesnt happen by itself. Renting a duplex, house, townhouse, or any property where it has a private space that goes with the property.....the external areas should be cleaned regularly for safety & longevity of the property.... If your pavers looked like this image on the right when they were presented to a tenant at the commencement of tenancy, then this is how your tenants should be maintaining them. When were your pavers last cleaned??
