Growing up in central Victoria with wineries on your doorstep is a pretty easy way to find yourself involved in the wine industry, and so at an early age Kathan or KJ as we call him, worked at the iconic, family-owned Tahbilk Winery near Nagambie. After a six year stint at Tahbilk he moved to Melbourne and started... working at Greythorn as a casual at the end of 2014. We knew a good thing when we saw it so we promoted KJ to Store Manager in 2016. We asked KJ what his favorite tipples are and heres the first off the rank Fat Bastard Chardonnay - "This Chardonnay is stunningly good value. A rich, oak-driven wine with that brilliant buttery texture you want in a Chardonnay. Dinner is never dull with a Fat Bastard at the table!"
