22.01.2022 If you haven't realised already I'm a big supporter of small businesses. I know from the coal face how hard small businesses work and I also understand that behind every small business is a human being. One of the biggest ways you can support a small business is to communicate with them. Most days, I am spending time not just on this business but on another service based business I own and run sending quotes following enquiries. ... Now I fully appreciate that my pricing and offering may not suit everyone's tick list and budget. That's totally fine. I always follow up a day or two later to check in and see how the quote went. If you're enquiring with a small business, please find the time to let them know your thoughts and feedback even if it's a no. It helps them feel like they haven't just wasted their (precious) time and it takes nothing but a nano second to respond. Most of all it's simply the polite thing to do Thank you!
