23.01.2022 After a small delay we are back into the build!! It did take some time to convince council that the design was within the within the rules, but sometimes you have to stick to your guns to get the result you want.

23.01.2022 Concrete slab down this morning, starting to take shape!

22.01.2022 The guys have been working hard in the heat and the rain, and now have the garage slab in and the bedroom level flooring down. The aim is to get the roof on before Christmas.

16.01.2022 I had a great time designing this house for myself and the family. 5 beds, 4 bathrooms, 3 car garage on a steep block overlooking parkland. Construction is due to start soon, so look out for progress photos.

08.01.2022 Plenty of steel and plenty of concrete, my kind of footings... After hitting rock during excavation and some more screw piles, we are back in action!

06.01.2022 Most of the wall framing is now done, looking good for the roof on by Christmas.

05.01.2022 Sliding glass doors are in, hard to tell but they are 3 meters tall!!
