18.01.2022 Super excited to get back to training tonight. I hope all the AikiKIDS have had a wonderful break and are keen to get back to training. There are some suprise gradings for some over the next few weeks.... Also super keen to train with the adult class tonight too... Feeling the need for a few ukemi myself...

17.01.2022 Griffin Aikido will start back training this Tuesday 2nd June. We will be training Jo & Bokken only for a while to maintain some physical distance. Our venue has put in place some more stringent regular cleaning practices and ask that we only use the one door (the usual door we use on the north side), & not go anywhere accept the hall and the toilet. Class times as follows:... AikiKIDS - 5PM - 6PM ADULTS - 630PM - 8PM I look forward to seeing you all back on the mat. Regards Sensei Rob

Look out, there are few more of you I'm watching closely for a grading early next term. Maybe practice some moves (& meditation) during your break...just saying, it may help for a successful grading. 06.01.2022 There have been a few gradings with the AikiKIDS class recently. Here is one very pleased student being awarded his Yellow, white stripe belt by Sensei. Congratulations to you young man, and to the other AikiKIDS recently promoted these last few weeks. You all have put in excellent effort and are deserving of your new belts. If you have a young person in your life who might benefit from a fun learning environment encompassing a holistic practice of martial arts and self development, then make contact with GRIFFIN AIKIDO. Maybe for yourself too, in the Adults class (or join with your young one with AikidKIDS).
