This involved removing a previous extension to the rear of the house to create a new open plan Kitchen Meals and Living zone. Remodeling of the existing family bathroom to create room for a bath & shower and a first floor addition consisting of a Bedroom, Ensuite / W.I.R & Study.
19.01.2022 Extension to an existing weatherboard house. The clients wanted to turn their existing 2 bedroom home in to a 4 bedroom home, main bedroom with en-suite and walk in robe, new open plan kitchen, meals & living area with walk in pantry to the kitchen. Brief: - Open plan kitchen meals living to better access the rear yard - 3 bed rooms ... - 2 living areas - small budget - removal of existing sunroom and laundry One of the key things to keeping your overall costs down when renovating is to keep as many of the existing walls and windows in their current locations and also creating as little impact to the existing roof structure as possible.
