05.01.2022 Trail foot back drill. In the 1st Video you’ll see Alan’s right leg and hip fire towards the ball, invading the space his hands are meant to swing into. To give him a feel of how the right leg should work we have given him the right foot back drill in the 2nd video. By keeping the right foot flat, just rolling in, the right leg and hip start to work the correct way, giving the hands room to swing down. The difference in club path and face control was huge!
