06.01.2022 The first week of May brought the first wave of winter chills to Griffith. Friday 1st of May was 13 degrees and the rain was poring down. Dave and Tony, Griffith Retirement Estate's fantastic maintenance team spent most of the day switching over split systems from air conditioning to heating so the residents could warm up. Nothing is too much for the team, changing light bulbs, switching over split system settings, hanging paintings and fixing things. Their buggy is the ult...imate mobile fixit machine that is always busy around the estate.
