23.01.2022 Five Griffith Swim Club swimmers travelled to Sydney over the weekend to compete in the NSW Junior State Age championships. Collective the team achieved some amazing results with 1 medal, 16 PB’s & 7 top ten places.

22.01.2022 Swimming ACT has decided to cancel the up coming Brophy Swim Meet for 2020 next Sunday. Due to the recent public Health warning

22.01.2022 Please be advised that all pools at Griffith Regional Aquatic & Leisure Centre will be closed next week from Monday 28 September and reopening Tuesday 6 October... at 6am. This closure is to replace the boiler that supplies heat to the pools, the air and showers. The current boiler is at the end of its life and cannot be used past October. This work was initially scheduled for June/July but delays to delivery of the boiler from Europe has resulted in the reschedule. The work has been scheduled for the school holidays to avoid impact on swimming lessons and school swimming. The gym and aerobics classes (not Aquaerobics) will continue to operate as normally but there will not be any hot water available in the change rooms. All swim-only memberships will automatically be placed on hold and should anyone else like to place their membership on hold during this period please email [email protected].

22.01.2022 I have just received word from the GRALC that due to the new ban on indoor gatherings of more than 100 people we are unable to hold our scheduled Time Trials. Due to this, we have no other choice but to cease our Wednesday time trials until further notice. To my knowledge all other GRALC facilities and classes are operating as normal, including swim school and squad. Cheers Richard.

20.01.2022 What an awesome day, our first GSC carnival in our new 50m pool!! woo hoo!!! we had a great day. Thank you so much to the visitors who travelled to our carnival, it was great seeing everyone and so many smiling faces. It wouldn't have been possible without our fabulous parent volunteers & Officials. We look forward to seeing you again next year!!

20.01.2022 Hi everyone, There are a number of rumours going around that the new 50 metre pool is a couple of cms short. This is NOT true....please see below/attached the survey report and the confirmation from Griffith City Council. As you can see it is definitely 50 metres long in every lane ... Please let anyone who asks know, the pool is good to go. Cheers Craig

20.01.2022 It's an exciting week ahead for the construction of the new 50m pool - the pool itself will be arriving and is set to be installed! Up to this point all the wo...rk has been preparing the ground and walls that will support the new pool and starting this week we will start to see it actually taking shape. 19.01.2022 A very successful weekend in the pool for Griffith Swimming Club at the SISA LC Championships & Speedo Sprints. Over the two days the club achieved PB’s, Medals, Records & Country Champs QT. Congratulations to all swimmers.
